Jeremiah Atengdem

Jeremiah Atengdem has spent his career working alongside the local authorities, helping them make sense of what is really happening across their systems. He has seen that when leaders gain greater clarity, their role changes from reacting to problems to deciding what to address and where to focus their efforts.

He works with district authorities and national partners to help leaders organise how they plan, monitor progress, and follow through on delivery. In practice, this means putting in place simple ways to track what’s working and what isn’t, helping teams see where performance is slipping and why, and using that clarity to decide what to fix first. The shift is practical and visible: teams stop working in isolation and start working to one clear plan, problems are spotted earlier, and decisions are made with confidence rather than guesswork.

What sets Jeremiah apart is his focus on what happens after the data is collected. He does not stop at understanding the numbers – he works with leaders to decide what those numbers require them to do differently. With deep experience working within district systems, he understands the pressures leaders face and works alongside them to strengthen how decisions are made and carried out. The result is not just better outcomes, but ways of working that people understand, take responsibility for, and keep improving over time.
