Mr Anthony Kwaku Batse is distinguished Legal Practitioner and Development Planning Consultant with over 28 years of experience in project management, governance, and institutional development. He has provided strategic advisory and consulting services to leading organizations, including ECOWAS, World Bank, GIZ, CIDA, WaterAid, and CWSA, spearheading initiatives in capacity building, WASH service delivery, decentralized governance, procurement management, and policy reform.
Combining 20 years at the Bar with deep development sector expertise, he delivers innovative, results-oriented solutions that enhance institutional effectiveness, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive sustainable development outcomes. He holds a Barrister-at-Law from the Ghana School of Law, M.Sc. in Development Planning and Management (UST, Ghana & University of Dortmund, Germany), a Postgraduate Diploma in Decentralized Planning (University of Dortmund, Germany), and a B.Sc. in Development Planning (KNUST, Ghana).
